I did fill out the form on the UEI site and that was two weeks ago and I have not yet even got a call from anyone in my area to go see the unit.

And it was not NevoLink that I was really inquiring about, it's the environment, the NevoStudio. Maybe Nevolink is part of that overall package. But as I've indicated, I've programmed my Pronto and I was interested in taking an extended look at the Nevo environment to see how it compares to ProntoEdit to see if the Nevo warrants my time and $$$. I do like my Pronto but I'm taking a hard look at Phillips quality issues regarding their products.
