How does everyone set their power management for the Nevo while "On Battery"? Does anyone have it set to Turn WiFi off: NEVER and Turn Neo off: NEVER?

When I input these as my settings, I have noticed an inconsistency in charging via cradle (it won't charge except via USB). It could be a short in my battery somehow but it seems that these settings may have something to do with it.

I'm hoping with a little information I can determine whether my chargin issues are hardware or settings related.Thanks for your help (since CUSTOMER SUPPORT hasn't responded at all!!)

BTW, my cradle settings are 15 min/30min/1min
