In response to JPuttcamp's post. I did what you suggested, and still have problems with changing to Zone 2's inputs. I have found the hex codes and implemented them using the IR Code Generator, but the Denon still doesnt seem to honour the switching of inputs AFTER its switched the first time.

ie; If I turn the amp off, and then on, the first Zone 2 input I select will stay selected. The remote codes I send dont seem to allow this to change. I added the "multi room" button, and can cycle through the options till I reach CD (say I had previously selected TV) and it wil change the input, but this is not "simple".

Can anyone send me a project snippet with how they have done the zone configuration???
