Make sure you have registered and use the online model based lookup to find your products. It is the bottom option when you initially start the new device wizard.

Then experiment with the way you look for your model #'s. If you have RAV-1234, try just searching for RAV and expand the # of hits to 50. If that search didn't produce a good result, try just the 1234 part or try Rav-1. The use of dashes in the right spot is important. Also try using the # on the remote control for a specfic product, as the search criteria.
