by making macro's. if you look at my home page and click on one of the activity buttons you will see a list of commands from different devices. this is dont by adding the commands from the device menu at the top right hand corner. add the commands from one device, then go to the list of devices, choose a different one, and proceed to add commands from that device to the desired button.

in the bottom left hand corner you will find your delay options(sometimes you need to add a time delay between commands, allowing time for a device to turn on or whatever), jump to page options, etc...

ie: go to your amp in the list of devices. drag the power on command to the appropriate button. then drag the amp input command. then change to your TV on the device list. then drag the power on command to the same button, simply proceed in this fashion till the macro is complete. you would end the macro with a "jump to page" command, so after the macro is complete you are left on the appropriate device page.

sounds like a few hours with the instruction manual would serve you well! ; )
