So Springs, What do you say?? 5 out of 8 are end-users. Half of them brag about getting their NevoSL for a cut price on Ebay... When contacted, Nevo Technical support says they turn away end-user's support requests and point them to dealers. I have heard that a dealer was "shown the door" by a distributor for selling NevoSL on Ebay. I applauded! But you might ask, 'If the Ebay buyers can get online and get wined and dined... what good does it do?'. In just a few years, instead of "Caveat Emptor" ('Let the buyer beware"), it has become, "Whatever you want, you can find on the internet" (and for less than the retailer who is trying to pay off his house and feed his kids). I admit, I like getting my favorite geek toy for less too - don't you?
So, I guess we keep turning in the Ebay Nevo sellers. And we can give the end-users enough advice to get them started, and then charge them for the "tough" answers... "Caveat Emptor" :)
