as a dealer, the nevo is weak on reliability, but as a user i love mine.
my customers that have nevo's love them, but we are only using it as an ir remote, no nevo link or media server crap. only issue's we have is run away volume(other run away but volume is the biggy) and when you dont use it for a while , it needs to wake up before it will transmit the macros properly.
nevo needs reliable wifi control and rs232 control of equipment , then its a winner.
