I use an overall startup page which powers everything on. It contains things such as Watch TV, Watch TiVo, Watch DVD, etc. Inside one of these macros, I'd put the warmup delay.

Once I have gone through the initial power up and want to switch sources, I've put the exact same shortcut bar at the top of every device page. Inside the macros used by these shortcut icons, I'd drop the 25 sec warmup.

When I power off at night, the last thing within the powerup macro is a jump back to the startup screen (which DOES contain your delay) for the next time you need to startup.
