You could create two pages that contain the "Watch Movie" activity, one with the 25 secs delay, one without. Unfortunately, since you can't program the hard button you wouldn't be able to access the two different pages via the Home hard key. A way round this could be to have the "Watch Movie" activity with the 25 sec delay on the Home page and create another button that jumps to activities you perform when the projector is already on.
