(I have had great support from the Nevo team. I understand they don't wish to deal with end-users, but I recognize at times that they do this. Their model is more designed to support the custom installer. I have had nothing but great thingsto say about the support team. They know what they are doing and are always very helpful and resourceful.) Ditto!!!
