I think you should double check you pricing.
I priced the Xantech kit at approx $120 usd. on the smarthome
site. Don't forget that 2 parts are required.
The Nevo sensor should be around $70? usd.
I am in Australia so I’m not 100% on the pricing so don't
quote me on this.

Why on earth do i need a Xantech kit while you yourself said it won't work with Nevo (without Nevo Connect)? I know that too.
If you going to calculate that way, same goes with Nevo, I still need the "Nevo Connect" to work with "Nevo sensor".
How much is Connect, $299? Add $70 for sensor.... total?
