Registration of NevoStudio was done at 1st install so this option is greyed out in the help menu. Software and SL were also both updated to the latest versions recently.

under the 'manage network settings', enable auto select is checked but all I have listed is my prefered adapter, everything else is blank. I can populate the details by manually selecting as you say but it doesn't seem to want to save them. if I close the box and open it again, all fields bar the prefered adapter are blank again.

Just 1 network I'm afraid. The Nevolink is connected via cat 5 to the hub and the PC is wireless. This also means that my PCs wired lan terminal is disabled as it's not used. (read in the white paper that this has to be done to save any confusion).

I might just go for a re-install of Nevostudio, what do you think?
