Hi bigdeal00,
You need to do more than just press the reset button.
Make sure you are running NSP ver 1.1
In Nevostudio Pro (NSP) go to ecosystem. connect the NC-50 to the computer via usb. press the icon that looks like a blue circle with black triangles either side of it. select factory reset.
alternatively you could pull the power from the nc-50. press and hold the reset button. re-power the nc-50. keep holding the reset until the light on connect flashes.
on the Q50. go into settings advanced zwave advanced factory reset.
Start a new zwave network follow the steps. once finished go into ecosystems configure optimize.
Test. finished
