when you use a video sensor,
the way i believe it works is that when the device is on ,
the Nevo Connect shows a green light on that port,

when the device is off, the nevo connect shows no light on that port . .

my questions . .

when using a scientific atlanta 8300 hd box,
using hdmi out, i plugged the sensor in to green component,
and to yellow composite, testing both . . i forget which ones which,
but one got no light (i think green) and one got constant light (i think yellow)

so i plugged it in to the digital coax out (that someone mentioned on a previous post)
and it worked perfectly, green when on, no light when off . .

i figured this is the way it works, and the SA box just sucks..

i recently tried to get a clients exisiting bose 321 working with video sensor,
when i plug it in composite out i get nothing , when i plug it in to green of component i get green solid light
(321 was connected to tv via component)

so now im double thinking the green light.
if its on contantly even when the device is off,
does it still sense the video ?

or am i rihgt when thinking that the light should turn on and off as the device does . .

how do i get it working with composite or component if it gets no light or constant light?!

thanks in advnace . .
