Some NevoConnects had an antenna problem. Apparently, just tightening it sometimes helps, using another antenna sometimes works, and in any case, Nevo replaces affected units.
But 20' in an enclosed closet could be the problem. Are there other RF devices in the household, particularly anything in the 900Mhz range?
