I finally got around to trying out the Z-Wave aspects
of 2.0.

Compared to the rest of Studio Pro the Z-Wave support
seems to be missing some very basic functionality. The
biggest problem I see is that Z-Wave components commands
and events are not seamlessly integrated. I.e. the home
control widgets can only interact with home control devices
and I haven't found any way for them to do any of the
normal commands such as sending an IR code or running
a global macro. Similarly, the regular widgets can't
interact with home control devices. ...

edit: I just figured out how to accomplish some of the
things listed above. Lighting scenes can be implemented
in Studio Pro by creating Home Control Groups, which fortunately
can also be used to add lighting control and other home
control commands to normal buttons. That leaves only
the ability to add normal commands (e.g. send, jump, etc.)
to Home Control UI widgets as something that doesn't seem
possible.
