I realize it hasn't been very long, but do you have any updates or solutions to your VPC problem? Also, what version of VPC and Windows are you using? I have both VPC 5 and 6 to test it on and I'm running Windows Me.
My 3000 should be here tomorrow and I am a bit concerned since it won't work properly for you.
What happens when you check the box next to the USB device in the PC's settings. Does it uncheck automatically after you hit 'OK'? Also, what kind of hardware and which versions of OS 9 and OS X are you using.
Anymore details you can give to help solve this would be appreciated.
