Umm do you realize that we had no clue that the tsu-3000 was even coming out this week?
And that we've only been working with ProntoEdit NG for about a month. And find it very buggy. And besides, all of us who come here everyday. Do NOT have the 3000. So no one will be able to help you for a while. We can only give you hints, but since this is a brand new remote and software. We really can't tell you what to do.

Honestly, I don't even think that Mr. Allen, who wrote tonto. Will even want to touch this new software. Only because of the USB connection.

The only thing that I can tell you. Is to make sure the remote is on before you down/upload. Best way to do this. Is to press and hold the backlight button before you start the download. And wait until the pc says "downloading" or whatever it says.
