If you are using the latest Philips Editors, it's
as simple as Alt+Shift+Drag.

See the help files for more information. This
new "Link" function works wonders and is a real
timesaver. You don't have to mess with Button
Properties or Action Lists, just simply drag from
one button to another to add a link from the Drag
Source to the Drag Target.
