You got from FixYourPDA a complete ipaq5400 LCD? Did not worked? I told you have a mother board issue. But to be shure you have to put your hands in a working 7000/7500/9500 remote take it's screen out and test in yours 9500.
The pin swap thing is related only to the touchscreen, has nothing to do with image.
