A great big thank you for saving the day.
I just noticed the clock on my iPronto was stuck at a particular time and went into the menu to change it thinking it was just a bit slow. I noticed the time was correct in the time setting section so thought an error had occured and proceeded to reset the remote.
It then went into the situation you described and wouldn't re-boot.
I desperately tried all the things you did, except of course unplugging the network card has I didn't think this was the problem.
After staring at the non-booting thing for ages I jumped on the internet to look for help. After reading this thread I immediately sorted the problem. Least I can sleep tonight. Thanks again.
PS The clock is still not right in the bottom display even though it is in the adjust settings screen. Any ideas anyone?
