Hi guys,

Thanks for the replies.

As I never have my ipronto plugged into the mains supply, it goes into standby after 1 minute of inactivity.

When I press either the screen or the hard buttons, it takes about a second to allow IR commands. Are you saying that Netx RF commands are then not available for a further period while wireless connectivity is established? Can you confirm?

I do have the option of leaving it constantly powered on the mains, and mounting it on the wall, but won't the screen burn if it's constantly powered up?
