Hi Muttley,
do you use dhcp or static IP addresses?
Try 2 things:
1) turn off encryption in you accesspoint, NetX, iPronto
2) use static IP addresses
If problem persists:
Leave a PC or notebook on power and use a ping "NetX-IP" with option -t to that device, e.g. ping 1.2.3.4 -t
