How frustrating to have some codes here that can work with the Pronto, but I have no real way to get them into the MX-810. I've seen some utilities to convert codes around, can anyone tell me how you would get the short hex code and convert it for an MX-810. I've downloaded all the Pronto software, tried importing and exporting, but the hex codes are always these short codes. I'll write a simple web utility for us Universal users if someone can walk me through the calculations to convert.

As a workaround for my Philips LCD TV, I found an HDMI1 code that worked. Then I used Channel Up and Channel Down. For example, you can set the AV1 to be: HDMI1, Channel Down x 3. HDMI3 would be HDM1, Channel Up x 2.

Anyhow, this has worked great for me.
