Thanks for that input STARECASE, im glad to hear that there are places like that out there as i would love to get on with a company like that. All i can say is im in it for the money and if im being compensated properly in the future when i have experience then there is probably no chance at me leaving. And yes ive been in the corporate world for the past 10 years and i know that loyalty means nothing there, im glad to hear from most of you that this business is a totally different mindset. Cause loyalty is probably one of my best assests, i know it didnt sound like it.

is definitely business and we're all here to make money,
I think most would agree that this industry doesn't carry
the typical disconnected "corporate" mindset or attitude
that plagues some other industries.
