So you all know ive been with the same company for the past 10 years. So loyalty means alot to me, if im treated well and have a chance to make an honest living for a great employer then i would have no problem staying at one place and making a living there. All im saying is that if i was stuck at a place with lots of experience down the road with someone who isnt willing to compensate me for my knowledge...keep in mind i said down the road not today! Then yes i have to do whats right for my family if i have to move on and do something on my own then thats what i would do. So if that means then that certain people wouldnt hire me cause thats a possibilty than thats their loss and yes me a guy with no experience is saying its their loss, cause im loyal to a fault and would bust my a$$ and be the best worker any one of you would have.

Not trying to arrogant at all and i know im ignorant to probably alot in the business
but i am confident in myself cause who would want to hire some who isnt confident in what they are doing.

Put it this way guys my family (wife and 2 daughters) are the only people i have to answer to in this world. I have a responsibility to them to give them the best life i can. So to be dead honest i personally dont care what people think of me anymore i know what i can do and cant do, i know im a quick learner and a hard worker. I would be a huge assest to anyone i worked for and if some people dont want me thats life cause not everyone is going to be a correct fit. So i value your opinions but your sadly mistaken as to your take on me.

I was on the fence reading this whole deal right up until
you wrote this. I wouldn't touch you even with Clark's
10 foot pole. If you really think "loyalty means nothing"
you would end being somewhere between useless & more likely
cancerous in my shop. I've been "loyal" to my employees,
clients and venders for 31 years. Have guys that have
been with me for 15-30 years. Very little turnover for
a good reason.

No beer for you.

It's a strange combination of arrogance & ignorance that
you're already planning to start your own business and
"make the big bucks" when you still suck at this. And
Yes, you do by definition still suck at this. It's impossible
not to at your stage.
