.... so if
that means one day jumping ship to open my own business
i gotta do what i gotta do. No one else is going to take
care of my family for me. Ive been in the business world
long enough to know that loyalty means nothing. Anyone
who thinks different is fooling themselves.
I was on the fence reading this whole deal right up until you wrote this. I wouldn't touch you even with Clark's 10 foot pole. If you really think "loyalty means nothing" you would end being somewhere between useless & more likely cancerous in my shop. I've been "loyal" to my employees, clients and venders for 31 years. Have guys that have been with me for 15-30 years. Very little turnover for a good reason.
...Im sure thats
why you have your own business making im sure the big
bucks. If one day i can be sitting here like yourself
and harrassing the newbies ill be loving it too. You have
pride....i like that, one day ill buy you a beer!
No beer for you.
It's a strange combination of arrogance & ignorance that you're already planning to start your own business and "make the big bucks" when you still suck at this. And Yes, you do by definition still suck at this. It's impossible not to at your stage.
