Actually, there are a lot of great installation firms out there that treat their employees very well, financially and otherwise. I have worked for a couple of great audio production companies that really took care of us as well. If you really feel that loyalty means nothing, you will be neither a good employee or a good boss. While this is definitely business and we're all here to make money, I think most would agree that this industry doesn't carry the typical disconnected "corporate" mindset or attitude that plagues some other industries.
