Friend of mine trades secondhand PCs and he says it's amazing what people leave on their machines even after he asks them if they have deleted their files. He even offers to wipe the drive while they wait for free - but the common response is don't bother there is nothing important on the drive. Oh yeah! Ratio is about 1 in 50 is clean when it comes in and 1 in 10 will get him to delete files.
