One of our biggest problems as an industry has traditionally been selling to women. Especially something like a big expensive remote! So when I knew I was going to be selling to a woman or a couple, I had a program that had lots of pictures cute puppies and kittens. It sounds lame but it got her to hold the remote, touch it and use it which in turn showed her how incredibly easy it could make "her husband's silly stereo system" to operate.
