i have a theory - perhaps Shawn's order pushed them out of stock for a few days. I don't think that they are a bad company, I got great customer service and I think they're getting a bad rap from people here who may in fact be shills for other dealers. Im not implicating anything just saying the possibility. its hard to believe that i received such excellent service yet nobody else did!
