I already have a MX-1000 that was sent from eadeals. They promised to send me a tracking number and I never got one. However, they did ship soon after getting my order and I did receive it within a few days of the promised shipping date. I don't believe they are a "rip-off" company, maybe just a shoestring one. I have the remote and I love it and the price was great and they even gave me a 30 day return promise. I dealt with Rick at eadeals.
