I had the same problem with eadeals. I order and was charged. I emailed them 3 times with no response. Finally he emails back to say that it was shipped, and has the balls to tell me that he emailed me 4 times.

I received the remote just fine, but the retailer is totally full of crap. He said I should check with my ISP to see why I didn't get his emails. My ISP is the University of Texas at Austin, which deals with millions of emails a year. The odds of not getting four separate emails from eadeals is exactly zero. What a total rod
