I called customer service for tbe MX1000 and left my name and number - no reply. I sent a lengthy e-mail dtailing my problems and received an e-mail that said they needed a few minutes to review the matter and would reply shortly - never heard another word. Another request by e-mail - no reply. Has anyone received any assistance from MX1000 customer service?
