I can only go by the latest information provided
by Customs and UPS.

No duty, whatsoever, on AV products anymore
from US to Canada, no matter the point
of manufacture. There is no such thing as
'Standard Duty'. As you indicated, no brokerage
fees if you opt for one of the UPS air services.
The driver will want GST on the $620.00 upon
delivery, and I suppose PST if your subject to it.
