I was able to create separate On/Off macros even though my OEM remotes did not support it. I retreived the separte ON and OFF commands for most of my equipment from a cheap ONE-FOR-ALL brand remote. Even though my original OEM remote(s) just had an on/off toggle, this ONE-FOR-ALL had codes which would send only "ON" or "OFF" as well. These codes were accessed through the undocumented programming feature described by their tech support and web page. Once you know the 3 digit code for the command, the ONE-FOR-ALL will emmit it by pushing the "Magic" button followed by the 3 digit sequence.
