I have been using them recently because my boss bought a bunch because he is blind as well. LOL

I have had no issue with them really. But my nice Ideal crimper has apparently gone through a blade really quick, as pin 1 and 8 no longer cut cleanly every time. So now I need to source some replacement blades.

I will not use them on anything related to HDMI. But for LAN connections, I do not have any hesitation using them. To me, it is more time consuming than standard connectors. But maybe that has something to do with having done tens of thousands of those over the years and only hundreds of these.
