I am looking to get away from my dinosaur PBX at my office/shop and want a solution for my relatively simple business (low volt integration). We typically have fewer than 10 users (5 currently).

I need multiple call support (very light).
Auto attendant directing call routing to either internal or external (cell) phones.
Voice mail.
VM to email.
SMS integration.
Licensed hold music.

Most have video conferencing and many other features these days which could be cool but not a priority at the moment. I have started looking into 8x8 and Ring Central thus far. 8x8 seem more affordable than most strting at $15/user.
