After posting this, a simpler fix occurred to me.
Instead of copying keys from TV# 11756 to TV# 12183, just set the TV to 12183 and add the following EFCs:
- 00235 at >> &
- 00169 at Replay.
Exit is already a working Back key (which I copy to Last).
