I don’t know why this wouldn’t be every integrators “go-to”. Pull whatever hdmi cable (I would pull AV Pro or Ethereal active fiber hdmi) you want to at the time of trim out. Personally I pull 1.5” Carlton. And a couple of Cat 6 in addition at rough in. Maybe a RG6 too. But definitely a conduit and pull the hdmi through the conduit at the trim out phase. If that becomes obsolete 5 years down the road pull out the hdmi and replace it
