Need to prewire a doctor's office for ethernet/audio/video. Dermatologist so nothing crazy to be worried about (no MRI,CT etc.), just network/phone jacks, WiFi APs and three TVs. He didn't even want ethernet jacks since his system is iPad based but I managed to talk some sense into him. This is the first time I am doing a doctor's office; any gotchas? Using plenum rated cables(drop ceiling); will do one Cat6A 10G and two Cat6 per data location; anything else I am missing? TVs will get the same plus RG-6; Wi-Fi APs two Cat6 per location.
I might have to run wires for the Alarm/Fire company as well; do you guys know if I am allowed to run their wires without a Fire/Alarm license? This is in a NYC high rise; I am tempted to leave it for the electrician.
