I would plan for a Passive soundbar from Leon or Artison (or your speaker brand of choice), a pair of in-ceilings for the rears and a sub to fit nicely somewhere within the room.

Once you have moved in you can decided how you want to finish the room but at least getting the wiring in place now will give you options later and will save the fight of trying to get wires into the vaulted ceiling once insulated and drywalled.
