If you were to add a Roku to each tv, one that comes with Wifi voice remote. Then go into the secret menu and switch the remote from sending tv IR to sending Roku CEC. So, it would be Wifi from the remote to the given Roku, and then cec over to the hdmi cable to given TV. So, no IR, no conflicts.
To get to the secret menu:
press Home 5x REW, PLAY, FF, PLAY REW, look for RF remote menu> Transit Menu> cec
If that doesn't work, try Home 5x, FF, PLAY, REW, PLAY, FF instead.
