Yes code 14398 is the TCL Roku tv code, it will give access to advanced codes for individual commands like Disney+ or Hdmi 1. My A device on Inteset has 14398 programmed to it, but the ten key pad covered up be taught commands and advanced codes. I just programmed 12049 in to be sure I was using a code with 10 key pad preset. Reason I know the codes I own Roku tv's and search out what works or not. Be careful of EU remotes, they have alot of brands not available here, so might be stuff with useless codes.
