Sony still has full IR support. And an actual IR-in jack on the back of most sets, too.

Failing that, I would be fairly confident that LG still has IR support regardless of the remote included. A quick scan through various manuals shows a bunch of options on the level of IR support to enable on sets with RF remotes (like off, power only, or full). Additionally, LG often publishes their IR codes in the backs of the full user manual.
