My programmer figured out Art on, tv on and volume/mute via serial/S-link on 2020 Frames. It was very much trial and error and a couple of calls to Crestron but he got it working on all 4 Frames on the job. He tried and failed to find a working "all the way off" code. Client did not care.
I am a trained professional..... Do not attempt this stunt at home.
