I saw your other 2 posts before this one. See your other posts for how to fix the 850.

The codes I posted were for the D and E series which the V series replaced. I was hoping the codes stayed the same. Are you sure you added the HEX codes correctly and saved the button before testing?

Within the software open the Universal Browser (next to last icon).
Click the HEX button in the Universal Browser.
Paste the code into the window that opens.
Click and hold the "Drag" icon while moving it to an unused LCD button.
Click another LCD button, then click back on the button you dropped the code on.
In the Edit and Label Button window, change the button name and click Save.
Then pointing the remote toward the TV click the "Test" button (looks like wifi symbol).
Does it work now?
