Filmic Pro App for iPhone  $13.  It's nothing short of incredible, hence the $13 price tag.

Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro for editing.

I personally use Premiere because I'm on the monthly plan...and Premiere it still the "Standard" for video editing, but for Applecentric folks, FinalCutPro is a great choice as well.

They both have a learning curve, but they're not too difficult.
