whens the last time you tried in your win10 install? Because An update in the fall broke a lot of legacy 32 bit drivers.
I had W10 x32 working with the MSC-400 as recently as December. All patches were current. I‘ve re-imaged to W10 x64 since then so I can’t test again.
I moved to the W7 x32 VM because the W10 updates broke Windows Mobile Device Center. And that broke all my old MX-980s.
