I sold and programmed this remote in April of 2013. Should I be grateful that she got two and a half years out of it?
Maybe not. I had to go through a rigmarole with her remote about a year ago... when the same thing happened. This is the replacement remote, so she got a bit more than a year on each of two remotes. Plus the cost of four service calls on these remotes. The warranty is definitely up now and she's not going to want to try another one. Grrr.
So, are the Prolink.z any better? Should I just boot out all the nice new crap and get her a URC MX850?
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything. "The biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place." -- G. “Bernie” Shaw
